Liz grew up in Lismore on the far north coast of NSW where she thrived with a strong family and community network. Liz found a love for netball at 5 years old and later went on to excel at state level. This is where Liz found her passion for Health and Human Science which she quickly found lined up with the core values and principles of Occupational Therapy. Liz went on to study Occupational Therapy on the Gold Coast at Southern Cross University.
After graduating, Liz was offered a job in Central Queensland, and she made the big move to a new part of the country to start her career. Liz has a keen interest and experience in gerontology, physical rehabilitation, occupational rehabilitation, hand therapy, hydrotherapy and lymphoedema to name a few.
